The Chairman of Dana Group of Companies is Mr.R.Dhanaraja, who counts over 40 years of wide range of experiences, specially through the Flagship Company of Dana Manpower Pvt Ltd.
Over the past several years, he has met and established cordial relations with a large number of Company Chairmen, Managing Directors, Executive Directors, Human Resource Managers, Engineers Accountants and Administrators, and has had the opportunity to engage in extremely valuable exchanges of views. He has thus been able to correctly ascertain the manpower requirements of Foreign Employers. He has very good experience in conducting Interviews and in selecting candidates for Final Interviews by Foreign Employers.
The motto he has framed for the Manpower Company is supply Right person for the Right Job.
He is a Member of the American Management Association. He is the Asst. Director General of the United Nations Youth Federation of Sri Lanka, whereby he interacts with School and Colleges throughout the Island. He has been appointed as Millennium Development Ambassador tasked with Poverty Alleviation. The Government has appointed him as a justice of Peace for the Whole Island to serve the General Public. Mr.R.Dhanaraja is involved in a big way to serve the Society, by providing education, job training and employment, locally and abroad.

Dana Group of Companies Mrs. Vasanthadevi Dhanaraja is Director of Dana Group of Companies. She too counts over 25 years in field of manpower recruitments. She has good experience in Administration, conducting Interviews and dealing with Clients, Ministries and Embassies. She is a Graduate of Tanjavoor University of India. She has been appointed by the Government as a Justice of Peace to serve the General Public

Engineer Sri Vasantharaj Dhanaraja is a Director
of the Dana Group of Companies. He has graduated from the very prestigious George Washington University, situated in close proximity to the White House in Washington, DC USA and has also qualified for Master’s from the same University. Today he specializes in Electrical, Telecommunication and IT. He is helping our group of companies a lot through the introduction of the latest technologies.
