Villa Hikkaduwa was born from a passion for Sri Lanka's breathtaking coastline and a belief that luxury should feel deeply personal. Founded in 2012 by the de Silva family, the villa was built on a stretch of beach that locals had cherished for generations.

We designed every room with the ocean in mind — to let the sound of waves, the scent of salt air, and the blaze of tropical sunsets become part of your experience. Our team of dedicated hosts, chefs, and guides are all from Hikkaduwa, and they take immense pride in sharing their home with the world.
