Delivery Charges

A delivery fee of Rs. 40 per kilometer (1km) will be charged based on the distance from our center to your home.

  • The distance is calculated using the shortest route shown on Google Maps.
  • Example: If your location is 5km away, the delivery charge will be Rs. 200.

Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent service by charging exactly according to the distance traveled to reach your doorstep.

Price Fluctuation Notice

Please be informed that the prices of our seafood products are subject to change on a daily basis.

  • Seafood harvests vary daily; prices typically decrease during periods of high yield and may increase when the harvest is low.

  • New prices are announced every morning based on the day’s fresh catch and prevailing market conditions.

Minimum Order Value

  • A minimum quantity of 1kg of fish OR
  • A total order value exceeding Rs. 1,000

Delivery services are only available for orders that meet these minimum requirements.

Availability

Due to unpredictable sea conditions, currents, or adverse weather (such as heavy rain and strong winds), fishing can become hazardous.

  • On such days, the supply of certain fish types may be limited.
  • Consequently, we may not always be able to provide the specific variety you ordered.
  • In such instances, we will take steps to inform you and suggest alternative fresh varieties available for the day.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your order to your doorstep within a maximum of 1.5 hours (90 minutes) from the moment your order is confirmed.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to unavoidable circumstances such as heavy rain, heavy traffic, or high order volumes at our facility.

Payment Methods

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, or LankaPay enabled Debit or Credit cards from any bank.
  • Payments must be made online at the time of placing the order.

Please be advised that we only accept card payments. This policy is in place to ensure secure and transparent transactions for all customers.

Quality & Freshness

To ensure the natural quality of the fish is preserved during transit, we use:

  • Chilled / Refrigerated transport:Modern cooling facilities to maintain the required temperature.
  • Food-grade ice:Used alongside refrigeration to further guarantee maximum freshness.
  • Hygiene Standards: We follow the highest sanitary standards from the point of packaging to final delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds

Our primary goal is to provide you with the highest quality fresh seafood.

  • You have the full right to inspect the freshness of the product immediately upon delivery.
  • If you are not satisfied with the freshness at the time of delivery, please notify our delivery representative or contact our Customer Service hotline immediately.
  • If your concern is valid, we will arrange for an exchange or a refund on the spot.
  • Reporting Issues: If there is any concern regarding the freshness of the products provided, please notify us at the time of delivery. We are committed to providing a prompt solution based on the information you provide. All such concerns must be officially reported before the establishment closes for the day, no later than 7:00 PM.
  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a placed order, please inform us before our daily closing time. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the processing time has elapsed, or once the order has been prepared for dispatch.
  • Final Policy: We do not accept cancellations made after the establishment has closed or once the items have been dispatched for delivery.
